Also if you are addicted to stimulants such as caffiene or nicotine i think itd help tremendously-its energetic to say the least(have to take it off an hour before bed or..no chance) As someone who dislikes jewelry, i was skeptical at first-thinking keepin it in my pocket. but sitting on my chest i feel it much more deeply and luckily its awesome looking so its always on the outside 4 me.- More... |
